NAPALM DEATH Confirmed For France's HELLFEST

British grindcore pioneers NAPALM DEATH have been confirmed for the Hellfest summer open-air 2007 festival, set to take place June 22-24 in Clisson, France. The festival billing is shaping up as follows:

As previously reported, NAPALM DEATH will be featured guests on "Headbanger's Ball" tonight (Saturday, Dec. 23). Be sure to tune into MTV2 at 10:00 p.m. EST/7:00 p.m. PST to check it out.

NAPALM DEATH recently completed an extremely successful run on the Monsters of Mayhem U.S. tour with HATEBREED, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, EXODUS, FIRST BLOOD and DESPISED ICON in support of "Smear Campaign", their highly acclaimed new album. The disc, produced once again with Russ Russel, is an uncompromising, ferocious assault that continues to address serious social issues that plague today's society.
